Suet Ling graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from the National University of Singapore in 1989 and is also a chartered financial analyst.
Besides, growing the business in Malaysia, Suet ling also oversees regional marketing, working together with UOBAM regional offices (Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Vietnam) in offering new product ideas and collaboration with new partners.
She is also a board member of The Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) and holds a Capital Markets and Services Representative's Licence (CMSRL) for the regulated activity of fund management.

Francis has more than 27 years of investment experience, encompassing fund management and equities research. He joined UOB Asset Management (Malaysia) in 2007 as a portfolio manager and has assumed the role of Chief Investment Officer since 2010. Under his leadership, the investment team has achieved numerous accolades, including awards from Lipper, Morningstar, AsianInvestor, International Finance, and Asia Asset Management.
Before joining UOB Asset Management (Malaysia), Francis was a senior analyst at a foreign securities firm, where he was part of an equity research team ranked by Greenwich Associates and Asiamoney.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, with a double major in actuarial studies and finance. |
Elena was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer of UOB Asset Management (Malaysia) on 14 April 2025. In this role, she is responsible for the overall business development and marketing of UOBAM(M). Her focus is on driving the strategic growth of various distribution channels while overseeing product development, marketing communications, and business support functions.
Elena has more than 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining UOBAM, she held diverse roles across banking and asset management. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in Marketing from University of Abertay Dundee, Scotland and has been licensed as a Capital Markets Services Representative (CMSRL) since 2013.

Chang leads the Fixed Income division with experience spanning more than 20 years in the financial industry, mainly in a wide variety of treasury activities. Prior to UOBAM(M), he was attached to the fixed income desk at a local banking institution.
